sujet:
Interplay between electronic band topology and phonons in Dirac materials
résumé:

Kush obtained his PhD from the Indian Institute for the Cultivation of Science in 2013, where he worked under the guidance of  Krishnendu Sengupta on a variety of subjects ranging from graphene to cold atoms. Since his arrival in Sherbrooke, Kush has been working on the effect of phonons in the band topology of Dirac insulators, on the effect of band topology in phonon properties, and on building a quantitative theory of the bulk-surface coupling in topological insulator films.
