Ingrid Richter is an internationally recognized leadership development and organizational psychology specialist with more than 30 years of experience. She is currently Executive in Residence at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa, and partner at Threshold Associates, a Toronto-based firm working with leaders across business and public service to implement organizational strategies with large-scale impact potential.
She has taught organization development, leadership and social innovation programs at the University of Waterloo, the University of Toronto and Royal Roads University. She offers a variety of leadership programs for the United Nations and recently launched a Women Leaders program, with a focus on strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and the development of crucial interpersonal skills.
